If you had a small, gasoline type portable generator with a bad motor, you could remove the motor and replace it with a hydraulic motor. You could take a pto driven generator and do the same. Tap into your hydraulic system with some tee's and quick couplings, and it should work. You'd need to determine the hyraulic horsepower that the tractor can deliver. Northern Hydraulic's catalog has the necessary parts to do this, but I'm not sure it would be cost effective.
