Used to pull a 12 ft Kewanee tandem disk behind a Ford 861 Powermaster. Was actually my mom's uncle, but we were his only relatives and actually lived on the same farm. Handled it fine, he had two chunks of railroad rail on the front hitch to keep the nose down and fluid in the tires. He used the same tractor on a 4 row 38 inch mounted lister. My opinion is, power not likely to be as big an issue as traction is. Just a guess, but think 10 ft would work well, if you can't find a true 10 ft, would suggest a 12 ft and just either remove the outer blade if there are enough threads on the shank to do that or just torch off most of the outer blade.
