Oil pressure is supplied by the transmission pump and should be 315 psi minimum w/steering clutches released. There are test ports for the pump pressure and left & right steering clutches. Check all three. Possible causes: 1. Linkage adjustment 2. Leakage @ steering clutch pistons seals 3. Valve spool stuck or valve spring weak or broken in the steering clutch control valve.
