Continental Engine Cold Valve Settings Needed

Can anyone out there give me some 'cold' valve settings for the 4-cylinder F124, 140, and 162 flathead Continental engines used on a lot of tractors and ag equipment. I have hot settings but I'd like a starting point. Thanks.
