I have a Yamaha G1, which is the old old 2 stroke engine. Never had a bit of problems with it. It has seen some major use. Stock for a long time then a 3" lift, then last year a 6" lift. Its my poors man Gator.
Honestly all golf carts out there seem to last if taken care of. Use to be at a drag strip every other weekend and never any major problems. Just people running out of gas or not charging the batteries.
Yamaha, EZ-GO, Club Car all seem good from my experience, just your choice. And whether you want gas or electric.
