Calm down. Cap and points are dry, gas is good, getting gas. Try points condensor. Was working in a distributor that had seperate points and condensor, points were bad so I replaced. Thing is, parts guy only had "uniset" where points and condensor were one piece, so had to replace points and condensor. The condensor on the brand new "uniset" was bad out of the box, and back fired, and you name it, but would not run. As a last ditch effort after pulling lots of hair out, I put back in the old points and condensor, and it ran...rough like before I replaced it, but it ran. I took back "uniset", got another, ran perfect. Condensors can go bad.
Could of course be something else, but...condensors can and do go bad and is one of the cheaper easier parts to try.
