well i guess i do have a early 6076 ctm. and youre right its 15 intake and 20 exhaust. and i just thought of this-if you dont have the special turning tool and pin you could still remove the smaller plastic cap on the engine right by the breather tube and oil press sender. find a small bolt that fits in the hole and turn the engine over. when the bolt drops into the hole in the flywheel you are at tdc 1 and 6 then just use the method i described to see what cyl is on compression. then just turn the engine over 360 degreees and adjust the other valves
