I am having the exact same problem with my diesel constant-running pto. I took it to a tractor guy who said he changed the position of the engagement lever. It worked great for about 10 min. :( Is the best way to inspect all these parts to remove the top of the transmission? Having someone split the tractor sounds pretty expensive, especially since it has a loader...
