I would question the 450. I am familiar with the 445 which was a prior model. Then Long went to a 460 model which had different sheet medal and most had 8 speed transmission. The 445 hood opened from the right side and the 460 hood tilted foward. These are Romainian built tractors licensed by fiat. If the 450 is the number it is probably a Universal. These tractors are a medium duty and are fair for maintenace and upkeep type applications. Not recomended for heavy farming or industrial use. Some have had bad luck with them others claim they are the best they have ever owned. These fiat designed tractors are sold as Hesstons, Olivers, Allis-Chalmers, White, Long and Univerial.
