Are you an officer? Got a source to back that statement up?
If no police ground radar goes over 199mph, how do people "test driving" their supercars get radar confirmation they're going as fast as they are? I know they use GPS-Sats at times, but i've seen them use Radar/Lidar on occasion, too.
