Better yet,make it a GFI not hooked up,tell her it will protect the cat from getting fried if the bed gets wet. Make sure she only plugs in to that one...for the cats own good.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
