I have brought a lot of tractor home on a trailer and I haul one around that weighs 6500# to about 20 pulls a year. If your trailer is the type with fenders make sure you take lots of blocks and planks along in case the wheels are to wide. You might need to run one wheel up on a fender. Chain it and use chain binders. Most states want you to use high tensile chain. Always think ahead and take more than you might need and you will still find that some thing will be missed. Make sure that your lights are working properly. Nothing will get you noticed by the law faster than a tail lamp out. Good Luck
