Out here in Oregon we had proposition 49 on the Ballot last fall. It was to save farmland from the people who would turn it into housing but it went so far as to keep a farmer from building a house for his kids to live in. It also stated that one could put 3 houses on any land not Exclusive Farm Use. Well I said that sounds good I'll see if I can build on the 4 acres that I don't use for anything. So I called the county they said they had nothing to do with it to call the state and gave me a number. (503) 373-7475 I called it: " Thank you for calling the Oregon state switch board Please enter "1." for prop 37(Prop 49 replace this one) and some other things ending with enter "0" for operator or stay online. I pressed "1." "Sorry I don't understand your response Please press another number." So I pressed "0" for the operator. "Sorry the operator is out please leave message. And we wonder why Oregon can't get anything done. Walt

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
