I hear you about the crap left in the weeds George. I cut a yard with my B6100 Kubota and L59 mower here in town that hadn't been mowed for a year and got that story. Cost me an $80 belt, a new set of $35 blades and an afternoon to get the parts and put them on, after I hit a washing machine motor several big rocks and an old pipe dog stake sticking up, a bike wheel not to mention all the trash these meth head losers left in the yard when they moved out including the old phone line from the house that got wound up around all 3 spindles, it was that tough copper plated steel stuff and I liked to never got that out. That was just the stuff I didn't find after walking the lot first. I did get lucky though and the old lady I cut it for graciously offered to pay for the repairs! Apparently the losers told her it was all cleaned up and she wasn't able to go check herself. That was before I got my M and bushog which I charge $100 an hour for now, plus cleanup time and hidden obstical damage fees which includes gas to get parts, parts and time to repair @30 an hour. Funny how when you mention that, they show you were all the things you might hit are like old half burried foundations, well covers, chunks of mine track clothes line posts and the like.
