I was out for drive when we were in California and a kid was hit in front of me by an elderly gentlemen, it clearly was not his fault but the kids parents sued him anyway. As the only witness I was called by both lawyers and gave my deposition over the phone as I lived in Oregon. I never heard what happened but I would surely do the same thing again as I have always thought that its the American way to stand up and be counted no matter what the results are. Yes the kid was hurt real bad but I felt that it wasn't the Old mans fault and he shouldn't have to pay for it. I may be in the same situation someday and I would hope that someone would come to my aid. Walt

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
