Walt, my previous reply wasnt aimed at your reply, just an overall veiw on the manufacturing issue and unemployment "rates". I understand the hardship of getting farm help, another indirect loss of less small farms, growing farm kids. Back when I was a kid, every boy that did not live on a farm, wanted to work on a farm, and they did, till the farms disappeared. When I was a manager at the freezer plant, farm boys were knocking down the door to get in there, you hired 95% of them, and 95% of them were kept because they had work ethic, today you hire 20% of applicants, 40% quit cause it might be too hard,40% will be terminated for poor attendance/work/substance issues within 30 days. The 20% left actually will stay on provided there is no lay off. It's sad.
