Kinda late, but here goes... I would like to see that stats on how many of the people who were among the 4.7% that were unemployed last year ever got jobs, and what the wages were of those that did get jobs. From some employement reports, it seems that the new jobs are consistantly paying less than the jobs that got eliminated. And of course, after 26 weeks you are not unemployed, although you probably aren't working. BTW, manufacturing, as a employement sector sucks, and will always be weak do to foriegn competition.
