Steve, don't ya just love it. Couple things to note beyond the obvious float level and proper needle and seat. Be sure that the carb bowl is properly vented. I'm not sure about the M carb but on an A carb, if the wrong gasket is used between the top and bottom of the carb, the gasket blocks the bowl vent passage way. If the bowl can't vent it will go back and forth between starvation and leakage. Next, and this is going to sound real wierd but did you put a rubber or neopreme tipped needle in there? As odd as it sounds, thet don't work as well as a brass to brass needle and seat. Even the guys at the IH dealer here will tell you that the new style needles (neopreme) don't work worth a shi!. Curt
