I never have any problems with the fuel itself here. They get the winter fuel on the go well ahead and it works fine. I do have one that has some water in it though.... I'd guess that's probably your problem as well. If the fuel is gelling/separating the wax out you'll easily see that. If not it's probably ice in a line somewhere. For a starting point I'd probably drop a liter of Methyl Hydrate in the tank and give it some time to work. In the mean time I'd get a new filter, change the filter, drain the water separator and then fill the filter(s) so it's ready to bleed. Get the tractor on a block heater if it has one too... Also, before I put the new filter on I'd probably take the line loose from the filter housing hat leads to the tank and blow it back with compressed air. That should help dislodge antthing that's in the line. Go from there and see what happens.
