my grandpa's old H was like that. someone dropped something real heavy on it. the steering shaft support where the throttle and everything had been welded. The frame rails had been welded on both sides near the back of them. people jus abuse them and lift things that are too heavy for the tractor. needless to say i will probly replace the frame rails and such when i get around to restoring it. have a good night DF in WI
