when i was in ffa i redone my aunts 530 case. motor over haul reground used crank.,new paint and decals, new front tires, my mom payed for the parts, when it was done, my late uncle had bought it new, well it had blowed up and was set in a fence row after he passed it set for about 10 years, my aunt being on a fixed income tells me she will give me 8 burial plots in the locale cemetary and the case tractor which we agreed to , she transfered the deed to the plotsm and used the tractor to bushog her 3 acre lots for the next 12 years, we lived 50 miles appart so only seen her at famly reuinions and on ocasial visits, my mom passed in 1990 my dad in 97, my aunt died in 2000,(she had 2 kids both new the deal on the tractor) THE NIGHT OF HER VISITATION THE TRACTOR AND BUSHOG WAS gone nobody knew anything, the international pickup and 56 chevy he bought new werent touched however get it in writing or you have nothing, sorry for the long post
