I would like to know what is in the cylinders. There is a point at which the best of specialty liquids will not loosen an engine. If it had water in the cylinders for a long or unknown time, I do not think it is going to budge. Pull the head off to get a realistic view of the issue. The worst problem is then just a few gaskets. A very stuck engine can have major damage caused by rotating it with stuck valves, and rusted to the cylinder rings. Though if you know it was stuck for only a few months, then the story might be in favor of more time. JimN
