The idiot could have just as easily been eating pizza, shaving, putting on make up, reading, holding a dog in their lap, drinking coffee, etc. There's nothing wrong with using a cell phone if you know enough to not use it in heavy traffic and you are not the kine of person who has to wave your hands all around while talking to someone who isn't even there. Some people just can't walk and chew gum at the same time, and some are just lousy drivers to begin with.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
