They always find a way to get you. Here in Tx , TXU got an increase in electric rates every six months for TWO YEARS. The last one was a 14% rate hike based on "increased fuel cost" (baloney!). I decided to switch to Green Mountain which produces electricity using wind generators. Wind doesn't change in cost, right? Well, when I contacted them, guess what - they jacked their rates up 14% too! I didn't change suppliers.
