While pushing snow yesterday, one of the fasteners (latch) on one of my tractor chains broke. Not the end of the world, so I stopped today at my local Bomgaars store (sort of like farm & fleet) to get a new latch. They don't carry any tire chain repairs, the chains are obsolete with all the four wheel drive tractors. Suggested I try the local Case IH dealer. Guess what, they don't carry any tire chain repairs, who uses chains anyway? Stopped at a local welding & machine shop. He called a supplier in Omaha Ne. and will have me two pair of latches tomorrow. If you don't need fancy jeans, or western shirts, or maybe dog, rabbit or horse food, go to the welding shop. He lives in the real world. Thanks for letting me get this off my chest. Dale
