The new changes to eBay are awful. They aren't going to hit up up front, they will be more deceitful and hit you on the backside when you aren't really looking.
I've had a few people that have given me a hard time about things and I have gotten a few bad feedback. You can always try and see if they are willing to withdraw the bad feedback if you withdraw yours. For the few bad transactions I have had though, I have had hundreds of good. Can't be perfect I guess.
