There is NO titles to equipment, so it is easy pickings for a crook that looking to make a buck. New problem has arose on financed equipment...A gut buys a new baler from us, pays 5% down finances the rest, never makes one payment, sold the item privately or on eBay, takes the money skips town. But he can only do this for so long unitl NO company will finace him. But the bad part is that the time you can get a judgment against him in court and report it to a credit agency is SO long that he already made several deals and basiclly stole the equipment.
