Dont feel bad its happened at leat 4 times to me! And buyer not taking the responsability to accept their items. It was a tough 2 weeks for me. We sold a Ford 2N, the guy paid paypal, he came out looked at it, drove it, purchased a back blade and center link, mounted it on the tractor, he loaded it on his trailer, took it home, and didnt like like it. He NEVER said a word when he was here. My ad listed the parts that we put in it, said new battery, spark plugs ect. He complained thet the spark plugs had rust on them, no kidding I replied ...maybee because it was sitting on the lot for 2 months outside? Well it got bad, he complained to paypal. He claimed the tractor needed $750 in repairs, said the brakes didnt worke ect. I thought a while and replied to them if the brakes didnt work, he would have drove off his own trailer when he loaded it! So we decided to refund him if he returned the tractor back in its ORIGIONAL CONDITION. He returned it 1 week later- Filthy- I mean dirty. I took pics and sent them to ebay and paypal, also inspected the condition of the tractor for 1 day. He got a refund but it was not what he wanted. I suspect he needed a tractor for a task or project, used it and then wanted to return it and get his money back, like a rental store for free. There is NO protection for sellers. Watch yourself. The others are we sold a Case 310 Crawler on eBay, the guy two days later said he isnt paying for it and does not want it. So eBay is working on that. I also think the fees are out of control along with paypal. I have a eBay store for New Tractor Parts, I will NOT use paypal. By the time you have your listing fee, final value fee, paypal fee, the price on the part is below what I pay for it from the suppier. This is the only way I can sell and keep the price on parts down so everyone can enjoy a good deal. If there was something other than eBay I would be the second guy in line. DTURKE
