What was the progression from Henri Coanda's engine to the Whittle and the HE s38? Are they essentially the same and do they use the same spark plugs? (Better off with Champion or Auto-lite?) Do they time off of # 1 or off the coil? Is an engine the same as a motor? I know when I go to the parts house, the guy always axes what size is the motor? What do you call that pin that wants to fall out of the front of the engine (motor?) on some of them Dodges with a Cummins in 'em?

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
