I have an old quonset that I stuggled to heat for a few years. I bought some of the 3/4 inch long nuts and screwed them to the bolts that hold the building panels together. Then I bought 12 foot lengths of threaded rod from Fastenal and cut that into 12 inch lengths. Screwed those into the long nuts. Bought bundles of 1/4 inch thick by 36 inch long wood lathe from Home Depot and drilled holes every 2 feet( that is the spacing between the rows of screws that hold the building together). Then I put fiberglass insulation up vertically, slipped a piece of wood lathe on the screws after the fiberglass, and added a nut to hold everything in place. Stapled plastic to the wood lathe for a vapor barrier and I was done. Kind of labor intensive but the place stays warm all winter long and it is much cooler in the summer.
