You should see socialized medicine here in Canada. Can't get a Doctor, (part of the plan) because the government only pays so much per visit and so many billings a month. Most Doctors take 2-month holiday twice a year; spend that time at their other practice cosmetic face-lifts which is not covered. Over the years there are a lot of medical procedures that are not covered also medicine.
Privatized medicine is just around the corner here. We have a lot of walk in clinics.
Taxes collected for health care are put in the general fund and then there isn't enough for proper health care.
Don't get me wrong it's still better than nothing. Or paying $100 - $400 per visit, the dentists charge about $300 to as much as they can per hour.
How many families in the USA go broke because of high cost health care and some that pay high insurance premiums that don't cover what you got.
