That's why Govertments limit the terms of reference.. they know the outcome before the enquiry. Back to the subject.. will not work without electricity in your body, not all can do it.e.g. My Son. My Daughter can.
All I use is 2'6" of No.8 wire..bend it at 6", 90 degrees and you are away. The sceptics don't believe it works but they can't explain the deep indentation in your thumb by trying to stop the wire from turning. You can find underground electrical cables and water pipe also.
Tell me how you find the depth???
I use this method.. Find the source and as if divining walk away at 90 degrees. count your steps, and stop when the wire turns into the body. steps X length of step = depth.. Try it with your u/g water pipe. marvellous.
Chap over the road decided to have a well in front yard, diviner found the place, rig came in and started drilling...bang.. blackout at that house. Diviner failed to notice no overhead power lines, two days later and 100 yards of cable, it's fixed.
