I drove a delivery route each night for a while and I had a 4900 IH with a 466 and if pushing bad winds I would stop along the route and pull up to the kerosene pump and put in 20 gallons or so to get me to my fuel stop .it will give you less power since it's thinner and the engine will also burn a little more fuel bacause of this also
