2007 assessed value $151k 2008 assesesd value $143K
Both went down.
I understand now that you are not the grim reaper only a mediator between taxpayer and tax assessor.
I have been told that you should not allow a tax assessor in your home, because he or she may say Ohhh....this guy has hardwood floors, an extra 1/2 bathroom we didnt know about and 6 panel doors, we are going to sock him some more. I really have no respect for tax assessors, just like the IRS. (SCUM)
