And as for having no choice on your use of fuel- BS. take the train, the bus, ride a bike or walk. Go back to steam trains and 4 masted sailing ships. I am NOT employed by big oil, and increasing fuel prices have had a huge negative impact on my own business- but bless big oil's heart, a gallon of fuel is still one of the best bargains on the planet.
