Galion graders used a bunch of different IH engines, but others were used occasionally. There should be a tag on the engine somewhere, often on the side of the block, possibly under dirt, grease or paint. If not, any numbers/letters you find might help. By Wisconsin, d'you mean water cooled?? I think they were all phased out by 39 or so. You might also check for a Galion tag with a Galion model #; should be somewhere relatively visible if still there, or if any name painted on. Chassis serial # should be "...stamped into the grader frame, front lower cab area, left side..." Good luck.
