My brother talks into his pocket recorder on every transaction, and then puts it on his computer in his spare time. He is much more organized than me so if something happened his kids would have to listen to some tapes, but they would have time for that.
As you drive down the road and meet a car, just think how fast it could happen. My mother would never let all us kids, 5 plus spouces etc ride in a buss tour or anything just in case something happened. Just something she worried about.
I have a list of alot of where my junk is supposed to go to. That is the families that I purchased it from years ago. Just seems like the right thing to do as my kids have never been interested in my old tractors unless we sell one.
While we are on the subject everyone may want to do the ICE (in case of emergency) thing on their cell phones. label ICE 1, ICE 2 etc for the contacts In Case Emergency. It makes it easy for the cops to contact the correct folks.
I personaly have junk paid for five years ago that I have not picked up, and folks that owe me lots of money that isn't written down. I'm a very poor business man.
