I attended my first tractor show today in Starke,Fla.It was really good.I seen some allis,a ford but mainly john deeres.some hit,and miss engines,a ford diesel conversion,and a '47,or'48 ford pu,cherry truck!A '34 dump truck,that actually ran smooth as a kitten.Thanks to everyone who put the show on,and all the exhibitors.I talked to a lot of people that were so nice.My tractor show expeience will bring me back.Will see y'all in White Springs next month,cw

While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity".
