A month or so ago when there was that explosion at whatever refinery it was at, I believe somewhere in Texas, before they even finished announcing it, I was saying "Here we go again, $4.00 per gallon", and before they even finish repairing it, or just about the time they do and we have another "explosion" or "leak" or back firing car out in the parking lot of some other refinery or pipeline, I'll be ready to say "Here we go again, top $4.00 per gallon". Funny thing though...anyone hear anything out of DC about "allowing" drilling or "allowing" building refineries or anything of the sort? No, that's because that loan from China that's supposed to put $600 in most folk's pockets to "stimulate" the economy will fix it, before it has to be paid back to China, with interest. DC's silence is DEAFENING.
