I live in Ohio and have bought vehicles out of state. The last motorcycle I bought I got the title with no place to be notarized. Got a notarized bill of sale took both with the motorcycle on trailer to county title office/liciense dept. I had to get liciense dept to verify the vin number, then go over to title dept for new titile, then back to liciense dept for new tags Ron
