Somehow, somewhere I got the impression that you're from Michigan, but could be wrong. Michigan will allow you as a land owner to "impound" their vehicle, but if you do that, you become responsible for the well being of their vehicle while its in your custody. Be careful of that, one of my friends "impounded" some kid's hopped up, raised up pickup with Gumbo Moster Mudders and stuff doing figure-8's out in his corn crop. The sheriff carted the kids off, and he used his Cat to build a berm around the pickup so it wouldn't move, "impounding" it right there in the field. Someone came back and stripped that truck clean, and since it was in his custody, he ended up paying a lot more to replace or repair it than the crop damaged. Don't seem fair, and it aint fair, but it cost him lots.
I'd like to say "shoot them" or "shoot at their feets", but what I say and what the law says, probably aint the same thing. But between you and me and everyone here, they're gonna be doing Michael Jackson's "moon walk" or Chubby Checker's "twist"...for as long as I can keep firing. The grand finale' depends on them though.
