my father has a 97 3500 pickup that spun a main and locked down Vortec 350. I have a 94 350 out of a Z71 , I know the basics are the same mostly top end makes it a vortec can I swap the intake and related components to the 94 and make it run? we are not worried about the power just need it to move. Vortec has 213,000+ miles and the 94 350 has less than 60,000 it was in a wreck and I bought it for a van I had then later it fried the electrical system. I have had it in storage for a few years and would like to help him get rolling again.
