Traction is the only problem. I bought 9523 Simplicity, same as 5020 Allis, with turf tires fully loaded, mower, loader, blade, and tire chains. I built a drive for my factory that was over 100 yards long which needed raised two feet most of the way. I used the loader then to bring in subsoil to bank the sides as well as top soil. I used the loader also to remove the top soil and some of the sub soil over a knole for the base stone and mill run to cover it. I also used this tractor to dig my truck dock and remove top soil for a 100 X 70 molding room. This is only a few thing I was able to do with this tractor with turf tires and chains before I bought my own backhoe. It took a bunch of time but when you have a dream and very little money time is what you have the most of.
