Well spring is around the corner and the shop is full. The 8640 is in for a new interior,air conditoning, and some other odds and ends. The Glencoe soil saver is in for new blades, bearings, rebuilding all the standards. Also have to put a new ram on and repack the wheel bearings. The bobcat in the background has to get done too. Only if days were 48 hours long and if i gut could work 40 in a day:) Erik

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
