We flirt with the useage limit all the time.In fact we once got shut down for one day.You can check every day to see where you are on bandwidth useage.
We are not real happy with WildBlue.Every time a cloud comes by it seems like we lose the signal.It does a good job of loading pictures and videos but beyond that its nothing special for the price paid.
