Aw I think ltf is really ok, I just think the battery man did'nt know the difference and told him something to shut him up. If your charger will stand it you can charge a higher rated battery than the setting on charger. You can't charge a lower rated battery higher than it's rated. Back years ago I thought that if I put 2 of the 8 volt batteries to make 16 volts on a 12 volt system truck that it would really crank good in cold weather.. WRONG!! They did the same as putting an 8 volt on the 12 volt system. Blew up when they got to charging real good. ltf is probly pretty sharp I think. But I don't care what the battery man says, I know from experience it just won't work. I don't want anyone to run the risk of getting hurt. When those batteries explode they have a lot of force in them.
