If he live's some where like here calling a vet on the weekend will not do much good. Good large animal vets are very few and far between round here. If it don't bark or purr, you ain't gonna get any one who knows what they are talking about on the phone on a Saturday. My brother is still waiting on the best large animal around here to call him bout a new born calf that got down in some cold water back in the fall. He is doing fine, about to be weaned but the vet never called back.
Like the others have said, get some LA200 in him and keep him warm and dry for a while, if he keeps his head up, keeps chew'n cud, and wants feed and water he should be fine.
