You will most likely have to remove the pump so it can be taken apart to replace the inner seal it will not do much good to just replace the outer seal. Make sure the bleed line from the pump to the trans. is not pluged or pinched off. If shaft is groved real,real deep might need to replace. Some pumps have a quad ring with a back up washer And some have teflone seal if it has a quad ring seal you can get by with a deeper grove in the shaft. Don
