When you say foam filled , I assume you mean completely filled . I have an IH 806 with a Westendorf loader on the front. I was constantly getting flat front tires. I had them filled about 5 years ago. It has worked well for me. If you drive on hard surfaces it can be bumpy. I expect it is a little harder on the front end. I was glad I did it. No more flats. Two less tires to check . You will also get weight. You won't believe how heavy they are. The 806 tires took two big men to lift 18 inches up onto the flatbed trailer. guess 150 to 200 lb.
