The real problems start when people start taking them seriously. Cops are famous for consulting so-called "psychics" to find bodies, etc. If nobody pays any attention to these kooks they eventually lose interest and fade away.
I remember walking down the sidewalk in Salem, MA (capital of psychic wackos for sure) when I came across a line of people waiting outside the door. On this door was a sign that read "Ring bell for psychic". I asked the people in line if she truly was a psychic, why would you need to ring the bell?
I am pretty sure that if there was any truth to "psychics" they would not be on the corner making a buck or two telling people's futures, but down at the casinoo cleaning house. Strange with all the professed psychics we never hear of any of them down at the race track or casinoo.
If I was a police officer and I relied on a psychic, I would be embarrassed and as well they should be to.
PS For Pete's sake I just spent 5 minutes trying to figure out why my post was censored.................it was because of the correct spelling of casinoo?????????
